Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Returns & Replacement policy instead.

How to Cancel

Custom Orders

Custom or personalised orders that are already in production may not be eligible for cancellation. We will inform you of the status when you request.

Refund on Cancellation

If your order is successfully cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
